Team Reports : JRR Support McHappy Day 2009
Posted by Rob Sparkes on 2009/11/10 17:37:11

Phil Read will have the Black Mamba Top Fuel Dragster on display at the McDonalds Norwest store in Sydney’s west located in the Homemaker Centre - 6 Celebration Drive at Norwest Business Park, Bella Vista NSW (off old Windsor Road), to help raise money and awareness for the McDonalds McHappy Day this coming Saturday, 14th November, 2009 from 10.30am on.

The store is owned by Ray Finn who is a major part of the Ronald McDonald House Foundation, and it has been a pleasure for JRR to be involved supporting the House for about three years running.  Other activities that have evolved from supporting previous McHappy Days have included hosting the families in the JRR pit area, among other things like helping to raise money for the good cause including the McDonalds McHappy Days.  This in turn has built a good relationship over the years with the Ronald McDonald House Foundation families and McDonalds, and JRR are been proud to have been associated with the cause also running decals on their Black Mamba Top Fuel Dragster to help raise more awareness for the Foundation.

Phil Read will be available from 10.30am at the Norwest McDonalds store, so be sure to take the family along and enjoy some time to help support McHappy Day, this Saturday 14th November, 2009.
